About the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management (GSRBM)
What is the Graduate School? Benefit to the Bank Our program is ideal for executives looking to broaden their banking background and become more effective leaders. Students gain a comprehensive knowledge of the forces affecting bank profitability from the shareholder, bank management, regulator, and analyst perspectives. Inter-session assignments are based on their own banks to enhance real-world application and take-home value. Students establish relationships with various executives from a cross-section of the company to understand how each unit is integral to efficient operation of the bank. This enables them to transfer classroom theory into practice, benefiting their institutions. Peer learning is another benefit of the session itself. Students form lifelong contacts that allow them to gain differing perspectives from their peers in the industry that they can draw upon throughout their careers. Our graduates have a track record of earning rapid advancements within their corporations. Your investment in them inspires loyalty and commitment as they grow within the company.
